Assessment-Led Engagement Architecture

Engagement recommendations are driven by the Executive Career Assessment and advisor judgment — not by automatic title or years-of-experience rules.
Career scope + evidence = executive position. Title ≠ tier. Years ≠ tier.

Assessment Evidence Requirements

The Executive Career Assessment evaluates evidence across: organisational level, reporting line, leadership scope, functional authority, commercial responsibility, P&L exposure, budget ownership, geographic scope, transformation responsibility, governance exposure, board interaction, strategic responsibility, career trajectory and target objectives.

Titles and years remain useful data points. They are not automatic classification rules.

Engagement Recommendation Principles

Foundation — Build Your Own

Recommend when the primary need is targeted execution: a specific CV, LinkedIn, biography, cover letter, or defined career asset. Foundation is based on need, not seniority.

Executive Positioning

Recommend when evidence shows integrated executive positioning is required: established leadership scope, fragmented career narrative, underrepresented career capital, senior leadership transition, GCC/international repositioning or significant gap between actual scope and market signal.

Board & Advisory Positioning

Recommend when the client has credible senior leadership evidence and is pursuing board roles, NED opportunities, advisory appointments or C-suite/board positioning. Board & Advisory requires evidence — aspiration alone is not sufficient.

Advisor Override

The assessment recommends an engagement. The advisor validates evidence, confirms or adjusts the recommendation, and confirms scope and investment before the client proceeds. All overrides are recorded.

Evidence Gap Handling

When evidence is missing, the assessment flags it as an Evidence Gap / Discovery Question. Missing evidence is not converted into evidence of absence. The advisor follows up during the discovery call.
